Fees and Important Information
Our fees are tailored to the specific support you require. A pre-visit is necessary to assess your needs and determine the costs.
In addition to fees, the following applies:
- Board & Lodging for our team member(s) must be provided.
- Travel costs are charged at £0.50 per mile.
- Christmas Day and Bank Holidays are charged at double the daily rate.
Cancellation Policy:
- A £500 fee will be charged for substantial curtailment or cancellation of a confirmed booking.
Booking Information:
- Demand is high, so we recommend applying well in advance and providing alternative dates where possible.
- Please provide specific requirements and full details of your pub or hotel, including trade type, staffing, and duties, to help us match you with the best manager.
Our Simple 3-Step Booking Process
We've designed a straightforward process to ensure a clear understanding of your business and a smooth handover:
Step 1: Pre-Visit (Free Service)
- We offer a no-obligation pre-visit, including a free secret shop, to provide you with initial feedback.
- This meeting allows us to understand your business in detail and for you to feel confident in our ability to manage it.
- We will discuss key information needed for booking and tariff establishment, such as staff details.
- A pre-visit is required before a booking can be confirmed.
Step 2: Making a Booking
- Bookings can be made up to 24 months in advance following the pre-visit.
- No deposit is required at the time of booking.
- A £500 non-refundable advance payment is due 4 weeks before the booking starts.
- We will provide a checklist of information needed for the handover before our arrival.
- We typically accept bookings between 6 and 16 days.
Step 3: Handover
- For first-time cover, we recommend our arrival around 12 pm the day before your departure to allow for a thorough handover, including working alongside you for the breakfast service. Accommodation for this night is required.
- For subsequent bookings, arrival times can be agreed upon based on your travel plans.
- Chargeable booking starts at 12 pm on our arrival day and ends at 2 pm on your return day.
- Early arrival the night before (for early departures) is available at a rate of £250.
- We offer some flexibility on the 2 pm handover time on your return day, depending on our onward travel. This can be discussed during booking.
